The Saturday, in all of it’s amazing powers, the day off, the bringer of different internet time wasting goodness, but most of all, WiiKitty. Hi there, just the EVIL LORD KITTEN SUPER POWER new worker here at WiiKitty, and sure be it’s one hell of a job. You get to sit on your butt all day, and well edit stuff until your fingers rot. Nahh, just kidding, if you want to scroll down to the last post then you may know, or not that WiiKitty have been hiring, and the 2 people that replied I got the job, so expect to see 5 times as many cute cat pictures, and 500 times as many crazy updates, and remember to submit those photo’s, you have a Wii? you have a cat? then SUBMIT, SUBMIT, SUBMIT!

So, it would seem prudent to admit that I just don’t have the time I used to to work on this project. However, I just checked the submission e-mail for the first time in months and to my surprise submissions are still regularly rolling in! I really do thank all of you sending in your WiiKitties and hope to have them all up on the site - eventually.

However, I could really use some help with the downloading / resizing / watermarking / uploading / database linking process. It isn’t difficult at ALL, since I’ve written a program where you just fill in the blanks to add submissions to the database, but there is a lot of content to pour through and even on the rare occasions where I do have time to do it, it’s a little overwhelming and I could totally be working on my current projects, you know?

If you want to throw your hat in and help out with the work, please just leave a comment to this post. There’s no money involved, because lord knows if there was, I’d have seen some of it by now.

Serious inquiries only, please. SRSLY. I don’t want to set up e-mail redirects, separate database accounts, transfer images, and establish guidelines only to have you vanish a week later. Stabbings might ensue.

And if this whole thing keeps going for too much longer, I just might redesign the site to allow comments and voting on pictures. Wouldn’t that be nice!
